Are your products organic?
Xiaura’s USDA Collection is 95-99% organic and meets the most stringent certification criteria.
Where do you produce your products?
Our USDA organic products are produced and packed in a USDA Certified Lab in Canada.
Do you use parabens?
Xiaura’s USDA Collection is paraben free. We know this is important to you… and it’s important to us
Do you test on animals?
We ensure no testing is ever done on animals. We love little animals here at Xiaura!
Can I use these products if I have sensitive skin?
Definitely! Xiaura’s products are designed for all skin types and to be gentle on the skin. However, everyone’s skin is unique and there is always the potential for skin to react negatively to a specific ingredient. For instance, some people may react to certain fruit extracts so we list all active ingredients for every product, on the bottle, packaging, and website. We recommend to use a small amount on the inside skin of the wrist area to ensure no adverse reaction to the product prior to more generalized use.
What is the shelf life of the product?
Every beauty product has an expiration date. For our organic products, the shelf life prior to opening the bottle is 12 months. Once the product is opened it has to be used within a certain period known as the ‘Period After Opening’, and this is identified by the PAO symbol on the bottle. After opening, the product can be used for 6 months.
Why do you use white opaque heavy wall air-restrictive bottles or pump containers?
To ensure the organic ingredients remain stable and prevent oxidation.
How do I store the product?
Our product is 95-99% pure organic and as such there are specific storage recommendations. It must be stored at 15ºC-24ºC (59ºF-75ºF) in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight
Can I recycle my packaging/product?
Yes! At Xiaura we take recycling and environmental sustainability seriously. As such we designed the packaging and bottle to be recyclable. The bottle is manufactured with Heavy Wall PET to ensure it can be fully recycled. Our packaging is environmentally sustainable paper-based. Plastics are avoided.
What if my product is damaged during shipping? Do you do returns/ exchanges?
Yes we will exchange the damaged product for a new one if the damaged item is returned within days upon receipt.

How do I pick up my order in person?
At any time after your receive your order pick up confirmation, please bring the confirmation email with you and contact us prior to your arrival. Pick up can be done Monday to Friday (except for Holidays) 9am - 5pm, Saturday to Sunday 12pm - 5pm. Masks are recommended upon entering the premises. When you arrive, please proceed to the reception area.
